The problem

You fill the same form. Forever.

New clinic, new counter, new bank — the same questions, in a language that isn't yours. The answers already live on your phone. They just can't move.

A wide fan of identical paper forms, the same fields highlighted in red on every one to show the exact same answers re-entered each time; a hand fills in the front form, with a medical cross, a government building, a banknote and a dumbbell floating around to mean every kind of place.
The real reason

The data already exists. It just can't move.

It's scattered across your head, your wallet, and a dozen apps that don't talk to each other — so every place makes you re-enter it by hand. Not even your own AI assistant can carry it across for you. So we built the missing piece: a safe, consented way for your data to move — to a place, or to an agent.

You ask a place to do something; it replies that it needs your name and address, but there's no shared language between you — so your side rummages through a scatter of disorganized files with a magnifier and the request falls back to a torn, rejected form.
How it works

Tap. See who's asking. Confirm.

No account to set up, no app to learn. The whole thing takes about four seconds.

1
Tap the sticker
On the counter, the form, or the door.
2
See exactly what's asked
Your phone shows who's asking and the one field they need. If you've shared it before, it's already filled — no re-typing.
3
Confirm with Face ID
Your device signs it — proof it came from you.
4
Done
It goes to their system, never to us. The signed receipt stays on your phone.
Why it's better

Less typing. More privacy. Every time.

Three things change the moment you start tapping.

01

Fill it out once. Never again.

Share a fact one time and it follows you — the next clinic, counter, or form already knows. No more starting from zero.

02

Share only what they ask.

One field, not your whole identity. You see exactly what's requested — and the terms — before you confirm.

03

Your data stays yours.

It goes straight to the place and lives on your phone. We never hold it, never sell it, never see it.

Where this is going

Your assistant, meet theirs.

The same rail that moves one fact today lets your phone's own assistant do more for you tomorrow — always with your say-so.

The place's assistant on the left and your assistant on the right, joined by one connected cable with a green check; verified data cards flow across while your side keeps a neat, organized, sealed stack.

It handles the back-and-forth
Booking, follow-ups, even payment — your assistant and theirs settle the details. You stay in control of every step.

Today's one-tap sharing is what we're launching. The assistant features are our roadmap — built on the same open standards, so nothing you share ever gets locked in.

Built on trust

Your data never touches our servers.

tap isn't a place your information is stored. It's the moment you hand it over — safely, on your terms, and only when you say so.

  • You approve every share, one at a time.Nothing moves unless you confirm it.
  • Nothing is kept or resold. No profile, no marketing list — the place gets only what it asked for.
  • Every share is signed. The place gets cryptographic proof it really came from you — not a copy.
FAQ

Good questions.

Do I need an app or account?

No account. It opens in your browser the moment you tap, and your facts are saved privately on your own device — not in our cloud.

Where does my data go?

Straight to the place you tapped, into their own system. It never passes through us, and we keep nothing. You also get a signed receipt of exactly what you shared, stored on your phone.

Do I have to re-enter things at each new place?

No — that's the whole point. Answer a question once and every place that asks for it afterward already knows. Your answers follow you, privately, on your phone.

What can I share?

Whatever a place asks for and you approve — an allergy, an address, a medication. You always see the exact field, and the terms, before you confirm.

Will my AI assistant be able to do this for me?

That's exactly where we're headed — see Where this is going. Today, one tap shares the single thing a place needs. Next, your phone's own assistant will read the request and fill the whole form for you; in time, it'll handle the back-and-forth and the payment too. You'll always stay in control of every step.

How much does it cost, and where can I use it?

Free for you — places pay to be reachable. We're starting in Tokyo; join the waitlist and we'll tell you when it's live near you.
